If the Operator becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the associated Account, refrain from processing the data for any purpose, and take steps to securely delete the data as soon as the age violation is confirmed. Any funds deposited by the minor will be returned to the funding payment method after identity verification of the rightful owner.
